We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age stated in each listing (typically 24-25 years old minimum). When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund until 7 days before check in, less than 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number
Our self-check-in process allows you to easily access the property at your convenience, even if you arrive later than expected. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a seamless experience.
Check-in is typically at 3 PM, but if your travel plans require an earlier arrival, we may be able to accommodate you. Please reach out to us in advance to arrange this special circumstance, and we’ll do our best to have your belongings stored while our housekeeping team prepares the space.
