🅿️ You can park FREE at the (2) reserved parking spots we will share with you inside the building’s secure garage. You will need to checkin to the apt first and get a pass to enter the garage.
⚠️We ask that you park at the 2 spot #’s we provide only to avoid being towed with fees.
🚭In addition to no smoking in the apt, the building also doesn’t allow any smoking of any kind including no vaping to occur in any common areas as this is a smoke free building with residents and the building watches and monitors all activity 24/7 outside of our apartment and every other resident. This includes not smoking in the courtyard, the hallway, the stairwell, the garage, the gym, and the lounge and.
★ There are NO parties or gatherings allowed in the Lounge Area where the pool table is located. And nothing allowed to be placed on the pool table. Lounge and courtyard is open until 10pm
★ IMPORTANT: If you don’t see the dates available Please message us as we have other places nearby that are available to accommodate you. ★
★ Self-Check In ★
Arriving at a later time than expected? No problem at all. Easily access our place when you arrive with a seamless self-check in process.
★ Early Check In ? ★
Although check in is at 3pm if your travel requires you to arrive earlier we may be able to allow you to place your belongings inside while our housekeeping finishing preparing our place to ensure you have a great time away here.
