🚭In addition to no smoking in the apt, the building also doesn’t allow any smoking of any kind including no vaping to occur in any common areas as this is a smoke free building with residents and the building watches and monitors all activity 24/7 outside of our apartment and every other resident. This includes not smoking in the courtyard, the hallway, the stairwell, the garage, the gym, and the lounge and.
★ There are NO parties or gatherings allowed in the Lounge Area where the pool table is located. And nothing allowed to be placed on the pool table. Lounge and courtyard is open until 10pm
